1. USER INTERFACE UNIT
Intelligent Touch Panel
HT series adopts a 7cm touch control panel, which can display real-time information such as flow, power consumption in operation, motor speed, outlet temperature, delivery air pressure, etc. Models of 250 horsepower or more adopt a 10cm touch display panel, which is more convenient to operate. You can have more functions with this panel, such four ones as START, LOAD, STOP, EMERGENCY, realizing operation more intelligent.
2. INVERTER ROOM
We use as the drive of the HT series high-speed motors, Yaskawa A-1000 series of frequency converter and Vacon NXP series of frequency converter, which are both tested and verified in Japan. As designed with the two-stage cooling system, it is no need to design heat dissipation inside the frequency converter. The heat dissipation is discharged directly inside the motor. In this way, the heat dissipation problem of the frequency converter is sufficiently solved, reducing the failure rate.
3. Control Panel System
You can carry out local controls of PLC and MICOM with the HT series control system, and as there are three modes (RS485 / RS232 / Ethernet) of communication protocols supported, all the communications can carry out via remote control at a centralized location. It features easy to operate with simple design
4. BOV BLOW OFF VALVE
HT series of blow off valve requires no external air for operation. It can be opened or closed with the differential pressure generated inside the product, and effectively protects the machine’s start or close through a precise control system.
